Now it’s time to fight your way to victory and earn the cash you need to climb the ladder and gain social standing within The Bastion. Every player is rewarded with a share of the prize pot, depending on their place on the leaderboard. As a play-to-earn game, you’re rewarded for your participation and performance, giving all community members a fair opportunity to have fun and make money. This is your opportunity to establish yourself in the Metaverse gaming world in a franchise that will continue to grow.

A "Turf" is a plot or a Turf in War for Earth Metaverse. All the PVP battles will take place in different Islands (aka districts) and it can be randomly assigned to occur in a "Turf". If that Turf is owned by a player, they can get a percentage of whatever players wager or from the prize pool that goes to the winner. This makes sense through the gameplay, and also makes it valuable to own multiple "Turf".

One of the main advantages of owning Turf plots is the passive and active income you can earn. You can easily earn passive income from War for Earth rewards distribution system called community pool.

Turf owner will be entitled for 5% of in game revenue share

Invite other players to play at your turf and charge FKD tokens

Every Turf will have its own Metaverse commercial and residential real estate. Turf Owner can rent it out to other players or invite players to play games at their turf.

Every turf will have a unique game which will generate revenue for Turf owners; example casino, escape room, hospitals etc. These games will generate revenue for the Turf owners and tokens for the players.

Turf Wars have the NFT Turf holders gather teams, and engage in high stakes PvP battles using these teams, similar to a tournament format.

Turf owners will have the opportunity to earn revenue from players in the main game through the novel use of Weighted Pool. They will do so by swapping fuels they generate in-game for FKD

Every Turf will have fuel station for warriors to re-charge their energy and Turf owner will charge in FKD to let them re-fuel.

Every Turf will have its own warriors which they sell to other Turf players or invite them to play games in their Turf and charge tokens for every gameplay.

Owning TURF opens up a door of many possibilities for you. Find out what they are:

Host games

One of the primary functions of TURF is to allow game designers, whether experienced or not, to design, build, publish and monetize digital experiences such as games in every district.

Play games

Another primary function of TURFs is that gamers will be able to team up with other players and play the main games which will be a battle between warriors and aliens or they can switch from main game to different games on every district (gang wars, escape room etc.). Some of these experiences will be free-to-play (F2P) while others, at the game designer's discretion, will not be.

Stake

Owning TURF will allow you to stake FKD tokens in the TURF to earn passive rewards.

Rent

TURF owners can also choose to rent out their TURFs or Entire district with a mutual consensus with other Turf owners to a game designer. This will allow the TURF owner to monetize their TURF if they themselves do not wish to build an experience on it.

Host contests and giveaways

TURF owners can host contests and giveaways on their players. To give a rough example - a game can be built on the TURF and the top three gamers who complete the game in the quickest time might win a rare ASSET or some FKD token.

Be part of the governance of the metaverse

Owning a TURF gives you a voice in the governance of the metaverse. TURF owners will be involved in determining the future of the platform.

In simple words, staking is a process during which you lock your coins to gain rewards. Staking is a newer version of mining: both processes are used for the validation of transactions and validators earn rewards. When staking crypto currency holders put their coins to the block chain protocol and the protocol randomly picks validators
